Shipping & Returns

Please note, effective January 01 2023, a minimum shipping charge of $25* will be implemented. Please understand that as a small, independent business that we subsidize a portion of the shipping cost, depending on where it is being shipped to in the country. Our shipping costs have steadily increased over the past 3 years, and free shipping is no longer an option. We thank you for your understanding.

Tracking Your Order:
We use UPS to ship orders.

Orders typically ship within 24-48hrs (with exception for Stat. holidays, etc). Tracking information will appear on our website under My Account. You must be registered as a new customer and not as a guest to access this information). Please check your"ship t" details for accuracy, as we cannot be responsible for undeliverable shipments due to incomplete addresses, errors and so on.

  • Check your email: The email address you provided during checkout allows us to provide information about the status of your order. Wisp

  • Visit the website: Sign In to your account to view order history, tracking information, and information about past orders 24 hours a day.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided and sent via your contact information.

Receiving Your Order:
It is the customers responsibility to be available or make any necessary or alternative arrangements for the delivery of their order. Wisp can not be responsible for orders that are not deliverable through a failure on the part of the customer to return calls to the courier or to be available for delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or if you are missing an item from your order, please contact Melanie@wispbotanicals.com and we will make it right.
